The problem is - in our system - we give the users the ability to set
the Sequence #'s - such as when they want to roll it back for some
reason. Also, we let them change it so that they can initially start at
a higher number. But, in the end - they need to be to set it to a
specific value at any point in time. Which I suspect leaves out the
usage of AutoInc.
