In this particular case the laptop came in with a broken screen. It was impossible to check anything other than the laptop worked with an external monitor, The OS kept crashing but that was put down that we would be able to restore the system once the screen was replaced. It was only after the screen was ordered paid for and fitted that the other faults showed up. Now I am in the position of having paid for the replacement parts and either having to have the laptop repaired but with a small profit my self or keep the laptop and hope I can sell for a profit.
