The weekend went so fast! I put up a pic of a torn up foot by one of out team members. Barbecue not for the faint of heart as I remember. It is hard to photograph fun. I have some pics of my seafood dish that came in 87 place in the Anything Butt "Seafood" contest. Was told by judges that just about every dish was bacon wrapped. I didn't like hearing that in a contest for "Anything but Pork" how all winners were bacon wrapped ..... I did "trois poissons de manière" Salmon, Tuna and Catfish fillets sliced thin with some crab stuffing for a binder. Start of the roll was lump crab to make great rolled fish or pinwheels as the presentation. I don't have camera today but will put up soon. In ribs we scored 77 out of 118 teams and in sauce 76 in 135 tomato entries. Have no idea why our rib score was so low? We thought that we would have been in top 1/3 of the list. There are approximately 30 teams that tour the circuit every year. How they can do it makes no sense. <http://www.mbnbbq.com/> for the calendar of events for 2010 -- Stephen Russell Sr. Production Systems Programmer CIMSgts 901.246-0159 cell _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
