Hi Everybody, My nice Jewish neighbors brought me a baked chicken platter. I mean it was a whole chicken, probably Kosher at that, with a vegetable-herb stuffing and a *lot* of brown rice.
I ate three pieces, wrapped up the rest in foil and put it in the coldest part of the refrigerator where it is maybe 33 F - ice forms on the wall, but it doesn't freeze stuff.
