Rather than the keyboard stuff (always seemed like a bit of a kludge to me) I'd work on getting the SetFocus to work.... Shouldn't that reference be more along the lines of: thisform.pageframe1.page1.grid1.column5.textbox1.SetFocus -> i.e. add the textbox reference?
