I would like to try it. I downloaded the latest version and tried to install it on XP Pro SP3. The error says: Installation failed. The google chrome installer requies an update to windows. please install all required updates via windows update. I have done this. The message does not say what is missing? I filled out the document that followed the error "Show me help for this issue" but I have not heard anything from them. Anyone have any ideas?
This is about as plain xp pro sp3 and you can find. Nothing on it except vfp9 sp2 development. It does have 6 displays: 2 on the motherboard and 4 on a matrox ide card. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Hill" <[email protected]> To: "ProFox Email List" <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, September 02, 2010 11:34 PM Subject: Re: [NF] Chrome is 2 years old On Fri, Sep 3, 2010 at 2:59 AM, Jeff Johnson <[email protected]> wrote: > On Windows, Chrome is definately the fastest. However, Chromium, the open-source browser Chrome is based on does not. You might want to try it instead. -- Paul [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/058801cb4baa$640984a0$7a00a...@w2k3s02 ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
