Take a look at the Margins setting s for the printer and/or the unprintable
area on the page.

It must have something to do with the layout on the screen because the 
reports print to paper perfectly or to a pdf driver.  Only when I 
preview the report does it error out and I have no idea how to figure 
out what the error is.
