The only thing true about "Trick"le-down_economics is it has been used
to "Trick"; rather than to Trickle_down, the American voters into
granting generous tax cut to the wealthiest Americans, who already have
far more than they need. Many of the poorest countries in the world
have a few individual that are some of the wealthiest people on earth.
These countries are ruled by kings, emperors, dictators, warlords and
other royalty like individual, who trickle down only enough to keep
their people alive enough to continue serving them.

The problem with trickle down economic is the share in the productivity
doesn't trickle down; it trickle up as the wealthiest American get
richer and richer and poor continue to get poorer and poorer.

This says it all:

Them that has, gets. -- anonymous
