I don't see how Symantec even gets on their testing program. Ninety-nine percent of all the customers I get have Symantec running on their PCs. The rest have McAfee. Both allow rogue viruses right on through to crash their PCs. Plus PC performance is abysmal. I install Avast and I may get one or two repeat calls in a year out of hundreds of customers.
My best customers are parents with children.
