Greetings: I have a customer that has WindowsXP. They set up a second administrator for some reason. I think they thought they needed to do that to give their accountant access to quickbooks. They can log in as the new administrator but the original administrator account is not accessible. The profile is still there and they can see it in safe mode, but we can't figure out how to restore the original administrator account.
Any ideas? Any assistance will be appreciated.
