If there aren't then there aren't and Leland's supposition proves to be 
as stupid as it appears on it's face.  If there are, then he guessed 
right because we are talking about weather and nobody truly knows.

Not sure what I'll do but rest assured that I will not be investing in 
your country.

Not worried about Alzheimers at present so I'm not too concerned.  I'll 
ignore your juvenile comment as that is what we educated and civil 
individuals can do when faced with those less fortunate than we.
