As soon as I right click and select Properties, the sub-window that appears is modal. Once this appears, or whatever drilldown I do from there, I still can't get to the main menu bar for Outlook. Okay - poking around some more I can see where my difference in setup prolly is. My Distribution list is at the Exchange level i.e. Global Address List, whereas if I save it to my own local Contacts list - THEN I see "Distribution List" at the top of the screen and can do a SaveAs... BUT - all it gives me is the master list name - not the contents of each member i.e. names/emails. This sucks...
