It appears the inventor has created a security device using ordinary cell phones. I hope he has his invention patented.
The inventor appears to be offering to sell the invention for a price, if anyone want to make the investment. It might be worth something to someone who has the know how and resources to mass product the device, and take it commercial. It look pretty risky to me. This is just a guess.
