After you include the gdiplusx into your project, converting the bmp
file to jpg is a two liner :
loBMP =_SCREEN.SYSTEM.Drawing.BITMAP.New(lcBMPFileName)
loBMP.SAVE(lcJPGFileName, _SCREEN.SYSTEM.Drawing.Imaging.ImageFormat.Jpeg)
