Malcolm, Good thought....I run AVAST Anti virus and I had already tried disabling it. No change.
Also, this box has never had any third party firewalls, like Zonealarm, that love to get their fingers into everyone's pie. Most of my testing has been done on a brand new box with Win7 Home 32bit installed. I also, when the load routine was set to load from a local DBF file, disabled the network adaptor. No change.
