There is also an Icon propery on forms.   Depending on how you use them
(showWindow property) you may also need to define the icon there.

Are you sure the icon has the proper formats?  16x16 and 32x32 are the
standards, I believe

I tried defining in project under Project Info and I see it in front of .exe
but not in task bar. I tried _screen.visible T and F. No luck

I have it assigned in the start.prg at the top, the file is in the default
folder. I see a windows flag when the program is running. If I click on
windows flag I see my icon and can attach to task bar. When I stop the
program I see my icon tied to the task bar and can start the program from
there.

Hi Jerry,

once you've assigned an icon with the suitable dimensions to your 
executable, then it should show up in the task bar when running your 
executable, what do you currently see, the VFP icon?  Have you got an 
icon attached to your exe?  If you have, then it's possible the icon 
does not have the correct dimensions.
