The file is called grp.dbf and the previous file is grp.cdx. The cdx file is quite a bit larger than the dbf, so I don't think it's the size of the file. Also will I have a problem with the fact that the head office router has a firewall rule to allow only certain IP's to FTP in. The Scotland satellite cannot have a static IP. Will the program still work and if not can anybody think of a way round this. Any help would be appreciated 2nd For anyone with any ideas. I want to use an edit box on the application update data form. To show a log of the files it copies down and whether each was successful or not. That is working but. When the log reaches the bottom of the edit box the edit box doesn't automatically scroll. Is there any way I can get it to do that. T.I.A.
