Hey Folks,
Hopefully this is a simple question with a relatively Simple Answer.
I have a VERY Basic webpage - its really mostly about the Content - as I
am most assuredly NOT a webpage designer.
Now - I want to start tracking how many visitors I get to this webpage.
Especially since I want to start spreading the word about it - and want
to see the affect of that spread.
So - is there a simple way I can implement a Counter?
FYI - here's the webpage in question:
http://gallery-3d.com/Bot-Guy/
And - the reason I call myself "Bot-Guy" is because I applied to get
into this Maker Faire (that just occurred this past weekend) - and they
suggested we give them a CREATIVE Title of our "exhibit". So, that's
what I quickly came up with. Also - I initially created this webpage -
so I could give the link as part of the process in applying to get into
the Faire. Needless to say - I was accepted - and the stuff I displayed
was a BIG Hit - including the "Gingerbread" house displayed on the
webpage. But, now I want to add my Chinese Dragon to the Webpage - which
was my BIG project I did JUST for this Faire!
Hi Kurt,
If you just want to know without displaying, I'd suggest you put
http://statcounter.com/ in your pages. Otherwise, you might consider
some sort of venue like the old phpBB forums (whatever their modern day
incarnate is).
Good luck!
