Not at all. Even the liberal stations said that Mitt won the debate. So I think we can get a fair assessment of the debates.

I think I'm going to disagree with that. The election will produce an objective winner quantified on who won the most electrical votes. I see too many problem deciding a bet based on who might have won a debate.

Objective: A multiple choice test that produces a quantified measure, (eg score), of the students knowledge to determine if the student passed.

Subject: An English essay in response to a test question, where the student turns the essay into the teacher. The grade awarded the student would reflect the teacher's biases like personal upbringing, personal like or dislike of the student, which side the teacher stood on the issue/subject, gender, race, and religious prejudices, etc. The teacher's grade would be subjective based on the teacher mind set, and there would be no way to quantify the grade.

I think making a bet on who win a debate is too subjective. Perhaps we could change the bet to who wins the election.

Contestants are not allowed to judge. It must be an independent. We each get to pick two judges (one person and one organization) and then we'll average their results.

You're too kind, Sir. It's a bet , if you allow me to be the unbiased, completely impartial, distinguished expert, JUDGE over who won the debate.

I hate to take your money because you don't have that much to spare. Ten dollars is a nice amount.

Leland, I'll bet you ten dollars that Romney wipes the floor with Obama in the next debate.

If you mean that literally, let's make the bet $10,000.00, which is more worthy of a fellow like Governor Romney.
