Saya pernah nih dapet case kayak gini, Cuma gak tau caranya kalo langsung dari txt ke database (mis : SQL Server atau Access).
Saya coba akalin dari txt ke excel dulu trus baru ke database Jadi skema nya kira2 : Text File >>> Excel >>> Database.
