Caranya: 1. Klik Start > Control Panel 2. Pilih Printers And Faxes 3. Pilih Menu File > Server Properties 4. Beri tanda cek pada create new form. 5. Beri nama form dan ukuran kertas, lalu save form. 6. Kemudian dari Crystall Report akan tampil nam ukuran kertas yang kita tambahkan.
