Both of Ric's suggestions have not worked.
I am prevented from installing in any other folder at installation because the only permitted place is Program Files. I did not think it would be a good idea to move the folder after it was installed as I'm not sure what other changes would be necessary. At the moment everything seems OK, except that jal is not working.
