I have a Lab at the following link that uses PREPARE quite a bit to
load script snippets that are especially focused on the Lab. Does its
use of PREPARE offend? My thought is that the scripts and definitions
in the PREPARE section are all available in the .ijt file to everyone
for my Labs.

Also, I would like to offer the Lab for the General category of Labs,
but have no idea how to get it included/installed there.
