Just one petty comment: the first "An" in the abstract is a typo, but I
like your own comment "The rest may be skipped by the reader but not by
the author."
Having only read the abstract so far, I don't yet know if I already
know those formulae if you see what I mean. I used to work on National
food consumption surveys so have done this sort of stuff for real. I'll
try to study it and comment more substantially if the need arises.
