LoBrow has a button to save a given locale as a legible script, which will
reconstitute the original locale. Less those words you don't want saved
(which happens rather often, especially with caches and generated verbs).
LoBrow itself is maintained that way. The party line is that this is a bad
idea for serious development (use the J IDE instead). But it has its uses.
