[Jprogramming] jqt.exe won't start after latest update

Hello,
This morning I noticed that there was an update available for the jqt IDE.  I 
applied it (as I had done so many times in the past), but now, jqt won't start 
up.  I'm using Windows 8.1 64-bit, and I have all the latest updates for 
Windows.
Any idea on how I might go back to a working version?
