Even you want to keep the prefix for windows which is harmless albeit redundant, the inclusion of prefix for linux branch is incorrect, IMO. The are many versions of linux, you have make sure your prefix /usr/lib will work for all of them if really want that prefix.
Also the conditional branch IF64 is redundant, because the prototype signature I suggested works for both J32 and J64.
