Bob, There are only 2 files explicitly involved: tgsjhs.ijs and tgsjhsutils.ijs . The first "requires" the second and each begin with coclass'tgsj', and the former also includes coinsert'jhs' (I tried adding that to the second with no apparent change). So I don't see how that could be the cause of the problem. Do you?
