Characters inside quote are never white spaces to J engine,
characters that J parser can see do matter, eg
". TAB,'i.5'
0 1 2 3 4
". FF,'i.5'
|spelling error
|
i.5
| ^
| ".FF,'i.5'
other examples,
0!:0 LF,FF,LF NB. ok (not sure why)
0!:0 LF,FF,FF,LF NB. error
