The latest Jsoftware J engine source is available and it is ready for easy
use under the excellent windows visual studio debugger.

The best we can promise is that if someone digs in and comes up with a fix
that they will provide to Jsoftware, that we will promptly include it in
all official releases.

We may also tackle the problem directly, but probably not at the priority
you might wish.
