According to the wayback machine, that task.html page has always been
a 404 page:

(You can select any calendar instance and then scroll through the
others using the arrow nav buttons at the top of the page.)

However, http://www.ai.mit.edu/extra/icfp-contest/task.html
was at one point a page about the icfp pousse task. For example:
