I want to yank the huffman code implementation from the labs. Simple enough, but I am not sure whether this source is licenses or needs a license. I am writing a library which will be on GitHub, probably MIT or BSD licensed. But I feel uncomfortable yanking lab, or library source without attribution or not understanding its license. I may be overthinking this, but would like to know anyway. I understand J, itself, is GPL, but I don't think that extends to labs.
