Thanks for pointing this out. It took me a while to track down what was happening.
On our test wiki (where FSOJ was originally developed), the chapter headings are in a larger font and are underlined. These headings use a template "header2", which was copied over from the test wiki. It turns out that the original template was not properly formed. It worked in the test wiki, but not in the real wiki. This is fixed now. You may need to refresh your page or clear your browser cache to see the correct format. Incidentally, there is one other difference between the test wiki and the real wiki. On the test wiki, the link immediately under the page heading (i.e. "< Fifty Shades of J") is not shown. It is not needed since the links below this are already good enough. This extra link should disappear when we upgrade to the latest wiki version.
