Hello Everybody, I have been suffering from a strange problem with the plot verb for a long time.
Every now and then the plot verb starts to fail no matter how simple plot I try. Even this fails plot i.5 |domain error: chkgl2 | glsel PId Restating J always fixes the problem. Currently I am in JVERSION Engine: j807/j64/windows Release-d: commercial/2019-03-18T13:21:35 Library: 8.07.25 Qt IDE: 1.7.9s/5.9.6 Platform: Win 64 Installer: J807 install InstallPath: c:/j64-807 Contact: www.jsoftware.com but I have been getting this error in at least two previous versions. First I thought I mess things up somehow because I also use jzplot class sometimes but I am not sure. I mainly plot time series and empirical distribution functions (type line), sometimes in multiplots. I tend to use the same J session until I either run into the above error or my computer is rebooted for some reason. This is not a very clear problem description, sorry. Should I just make it a habit to restart J more regularly? Has anyone had this problem?
