It contains an appeal for testers for the (candidate) first update of *J901 for iOS*. You will need to have a working AppleID -- i.e. one which can actually receive emails you'll get round to reading. Because Apple will want to send you requests for confirmation before they place you on the official testers' list. The Discussion page might be a good place to post bug reports, rotten tomatoes, appeals for enhancements, WTFs and How-To questions (aka documentation bugs).
