For documentation, it looks like
https://code.jsoftware.com/wiki/Vocabulary/LAPACK
and maybe
https://code.jsoftware.com/wiki/Addons/math/lapack

should be decent.

As for the definitions themselves, it looks like

   require'math/lapack2'

brings in all of the lapack2 the definitions, and that they're all in
the jlapack2 locale.

So, dgeev_jlapack2_ should work.  Or, if you prefer, you could use

   coinsert'jlapack2'

after which dgeev should work.
