[Jprogramming] Windows and Mac-Intel 601b releases available

The j601b release is now available for Windows and for the new Mac OSX 
with the Intel processor. The j601b release for all the other platforms 
will be out by the end of the week.

Many minor issues raised with the 601a release have been fixed.
Mac OSX Intel is now fully supported.
