[Jprogramming] JHP installation

I am trying to install JHP on Windows but can't find the "IIS management 
console" as explained in the Configuration to create a mapping from .jhp 
files to call jconsole.exe. I have also installed Wamp5.
What do I miss ?? I read preceding posts about JHP without suucess.
