I struggled with this a bit before I posted it.  Prior to my last edit, my 
message read "... must name the vector (twice)".  But then, I figured  +/%#  
isn't the average of vector v:  v isn't mentioned.  That is, J must name the 
vector (only) once.  So APL only lags by one word.

That is, the contest isn't between  +/%#  and  (+/v)div rho v  ;  J's entry is 
actually (+/%#)v  .
