No. At least I have never found a detailed organized description. At the beginning of the script which defines a particular name there is usually a short description of the names defined in the script and how to use them. It is terse, but usually enough to get you started. You can find the script by using the verb "edit" followed by the literal of the name you are interested in. That loads the script file defining the name. Then in front of it or at the first of the script may be a description on how to use the name.
