Actually USERFOLDERS_j_ is supposed to be a 3-column table. The boolean column 
signifies whether a USERFOLDER is a "sub-folder" or not (see the setting in 
Edit|Configure|Folders).
SYSTEMFOLDERS_j_ is only 2-columns.

I'm not clear however on the significance and use of the sub-folder setting.
