This is the 32 bit window subsystem. You should use the 32 bit
version of J in order to use this 32 bit odbc.
Or you should register the data source using the 64 bit version, may
be system32\odbcad32.exe to work with 64 bit J.
iirc vista require admin privilege to create machine dsn but not needed for
others kind of dsn.
