The funny thing is, back in the days of punch cards when each algol
keyword was represented as a single character on the card, it didn't
really matter which language you used to represent those keywords.
The case is similar in any APL including J, because all the keywords
are made from mostly language-neutral symbols or at most a letter and
a symbol.  (Of course, you can't have translations of all names in all
libraries to all languages.)
