A possible way is to use unicode code point, eg,
   suits=:  7&u: '♣♦♥♠'
   suits
♣♦♥♠

first find the codepoint using 3&u or from the website that you mentioned:

   3 u: suits
9827 9830 9829 9824

for wide character unicode

   u: 9827 9830 9829 9824
♣♦♥♠

for utf8 unicode

   8 u: u: 9827 9830 9829 9824
♣♦♥♠
