In the expression the constant 2 is used. 
I want to vary this constant and made a verb which takes the left noun as
the constant. This implies  "0 _

What do you mean by "more values than 2 could be applied"?

I see your example, but I think I would need several examples so
that I could begin to distinguish between the relevant and irrelevant
aspects.
