That was 15 years ago, "Untying the Gordian Knot", APL95 Proceedings
(San Antonio, TX), (C) ACM. It's in the Digital Library.
I always wanted to do an abridged version of that paper as a simple
newbie introduction (to agreement/rank) getting rid of some ballast:
- comparisons with prior APL/APL2 ways of doing agreement.
- the proposal to switch ranks of "scalar functions"
(adopted around 1996/7) and the other proposals.
One day, perhaps...
