Thanks, Henry.  I now managed to add a line 1 + 'a' into cj to make it
entered into suspense state.

It seems then it is impossible to inferred from 13!:13 alone that whether
suspense state is on the monad or dyad side without looking at dberm for
a colon in it last line.
