What exactly would be the distinction? For example, let us say that we had a weighted coin, with a 20% chance of "heads" and an 80% chance of tails. We flip the coin 8 times and determine the odds of 0, 1, 2, ..8 tails: +//.@:(*/)/8#,:0.2 0.8 The mechanics of this operation look very much like polynomial multiplication.
