I note what you don't say -- that there's a verb for it already.

There's a boolean flag IFIJX in all the numbered locales I've
examined. But I guess it'll only be defined for locales with
COCREATOR-: <'jijs' . However, a try. / catch. should safely discover
the locale with IFIJX=1.
