You could use a new j.dll with j602 but at this time Jsoftware has not
decided to create a new j.dll.

We'll probably decide it isn't worth the effort to fix.

Alternatives would be to fund Jsoftware to build and distribute a new
j.dll or to make the fix in the GPL source.
